I am writing to give you feedback following my stay last night at your hotel. This is the third or fourth time I have stayed for the one night when I visit my team in West Lakes.

I have to say that the service you provide is just excellent, your staff and I mean all your staff are extremely friendly, nothing is a problem to them and they are always courteous and polite. Last night when I arrived there was no parking spaces but one of your staff in reception very kindly offered her space as she was about to leave shortly.

This morning I needed to leave early so I checked out at around 6.30am and asked your staff if I could have some cereal and a cup of tea as the restaurant didn’t open until 7.00am, again this was not a problem and was dealt with easily and efficiently.

The hotel is real value for money and its accommodation and food is of the highest standard, but the people you have working for you complete the picture for me. A fantastic customer experience, please feedback to all your staff and keep up the great work. Thank you and hope to see you soon
